131 Hours Outside - July 2022

July - 131 hours (654 total)

What a month! July was an especially hot month, but we made up for it by going to the pool/splash pad, getting our outside hours in the cooler mornings, going to Michigan for a week, and staying inside when needed! We had a fun Fourth of July by attending the Wilmore parade, playing at High Bridge, and visiting with Memaw. We also spent a morning at Southland Pool. Then we headed north for vacation with Lucas' parents and brother and sister-in-law and their three girls.  We stayed in a cabin at a campground on Lake Huron, so we got racked up lots of hours by playing at the "rocky beach", geocaching around Mackinaw City, and spending a day each on Mackinac Island and in Sault Ste. Marie, Canada!  On the way home, we spent a night near Sleeping Bear Dunes and two nights with my parents in Indiana.  Back home, we rounded out the month with a couple park mornings (bringing along activities to prolong our visit), a trip to the orchard, a backyard sleepover in the tent, and several "normal" mornings and afternoons playing, riding, and reading in our front yard.

Here’s our month in daily 1 second increments:
