Lexington Parks - Constitution Park

Constitution Park (1670 Old Paris Road)
Location - off Old Paris Road, north end of town, adjacent to Northern Elementary
Playground? yes (I think it's technically Northern Elementary's playground, but we didn't go on it)
Trails? yes (paved)
Other? baseball diamonds

I think this park wins the prize for most un-read-able sign. :-) I had only been to Constitution Pool, which is on the opposite side of this entrance. The park is fairly large with some good paved walking trails. There was a good hill to roll down...

And bleachers to romp around on (again, they are so easily amused!)

The older boys love climbing these fences around the baseball fields.

Tunnel!

There was this little section of woods, but it mostly led to the neighborhood.

(Note: We have visited 40+ parks in Lexington since the beginning of Covid. These are not meant to be extensive reviews but more a record of our experiences. Eventually I will add hyperlinks to all the blog entries here)
