We came after some rain. We keep towels in the van to wipe off the slides or playground equipment if it's wet. So, when the boys had run ahead and told me they couldn't play because it was too wet, I told them they just needed some towels. A wet slide, though, is different from a lake at the bottom of the slide. They were right -- it was too wet. We spent a bit of time on the bleachers and baseball field before heading back to the van for another park.
