93 Hours Outside - October 2022

October - 93 hours (1001 total)

This was quite the eventful month! The most exciting hour wasn't one spent outside but when boy #5 Chance was born!  He came on October 6th while the other 4 boys had some Mamaw and Papaw time!  Before he came, we went to an awesome Fall Festival at Ashland Ave Baptist Church, and we walked as a family of 6 to Wendy's.  The first couple weeks after Chance was born were stressful because he wasn't gaining adequate weight due to a tongue tie, but we still managed to get outside some!  We got caught in a downpour at Shillito, picked out pumpkins at Daynabrook Greenhouse, and visited Evans Orchard and the Children's Garden.  There were days in winter coats and days in shorts and T-shirts.  We powered through at the end of the month to finish our 1000 Hours Outside while trick-or-treating as the ninja turtles crew! What a month!
