Dan and Megan introduced us to the wonder of the Drury Inn, which is a hotel chain that not only has free breakfast, but free DINNER, too! (they call it "kickback"). There's a rotating selection, so even though we were there 5 nights, we never had the same meal back-to-back. There's also free popcorn and a neat indoor/outdoor pool.
There were some things we did all together (Zoo, Science Center, Arch, City Museum, Magic House) and some things we did separately. One of the things our family did was attend a bilingual Japanese church and a Brazilian festival (where we met up with my childhood friend Kate and her family).
