Share the Adventure! (The Lucas and Mary story so far)

Lucas and I were asked to share our story in our Sunday School class on 8-3-25. We set up a videocamera on a tripod because I wanted a record of how we shared our story-so-far in our 40s. If you want to know more about any part of what we shared, just ask! :-)

We're at our best

    when we're connected

                        teammates

                        on mission

                    laughing along the way

And that's what happened yesterday

"Sharing our story in class"

    became a stage

         where our triumphs and faults

            were on full display

We planned and plotted

We spent waaaay too many hours finding old photos

    and perfecting our presentation slides

We joked about possible things to say

We were connected and lovey

    leading up to it

    and afterwards

    making allowance for disagreements

    and still flowing together

We were real and raw

We laughed together and as a class

We wove "plinko" and "share the adventure" through the whole thing

    planting it at the beginning and clinching at the end

    like master communicators

We had so much fun,

    and the audience did, too

    and You were glorified

Ahh...at our best

    is a beautiful thing
